1. Platform Usage
- Provide accurate listing info and keep account secure
- Do not use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes
- Users must be 18+ to use Boarding.lk
2. Listings & Payments
- Free and premium listing options are available
- We may remove or reject non-compliant listings
- Boarding.lk does not manage bookings, payments, or the accommodations themselves; owners are solely responsible for their listings
3. User Conduct
False or misleading posts, impersonation, and harassment are prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All Boarding.lk content is protected. Do not reuse without permission.
5. Rental Types & Rules
- Monthly: Full-property or per-person rental, typically for students or long-term stays
- Nightly: Short-term stay for pilgrims or travelers; contact owner for booking
- Half-Day / Day-Use: Short-term 4–6 hour stay; optional, must contact owner to book
- All rental listings must be accurate, legal, and safe
6. Owner Posting Rules
- Only owners or authorized agents may post listings
- Half-day / day-use rentals must be clearly labeled and contact-only
- Owners are responsible for pricing, check-in/out, and property rules
7. User Guidelines
- Verify property and owner details before visiting or paying
- Contact the owner directly for bookings
- Report suspicious or fraudulent listings immediately
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for agreements or disputes between tenants and landlords.
9. Account Termination
Accounts violating policies may be removed without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
Updates may occur. Continued use implies acceptance of new terms.
